If We Sent the Wrong Item
If you receive a wrong size, wrong design, wrong colour, or wrong item because of a mistake from M Ashraf Shoes, we will accept the return.
- The item can be returned to us.
- We will provide a refund for the returned item.
- You will not be responsible for the return cost when the mistake is ours.
If You Received What You Ordered
If you receive the exact item, design, colour and size that you ordered, we do not accept a return simply because you changed your mind.

Size Exchange
If you received the correct item but later want to change the size—for example, you ordered size 9 but now want size 10—we can provide a size exchange.
- The customer pays the courier/delivery cost for sending the original pair back to us.
- M Ashraf Shoes pays the courier/delivery cost for sending the replacement pair to the customer.
- The replacement pair will be sent after we receive and check the returned pair.
Condition of Returned Shoes
Shoes being returned for an exchange must be in the same condition in which they were received.

- Do not wash or damage the shoes.
- Do not alter or modify the shoes.
- Please return them with their original packaging whenever possible.
